As part of a major expansion at The Woodlands at Furman, Arbor designed a series of outdoor amenity spaces that extend the building’s common areas and support resident connection and relaxation. Centered around a flexible plaza for community events, the design includes shaded seating, outdoor dining areas, and accessible walkways in a cohesive campus setting.






The Roper Mountain Road Residence was transformed into a premier outdoor living space with new outbuildings, a renovated pool and spa, fire pit, custom driveway, fencing, and gates all seamlessly integrated with the existing home.




Legacy Park is a 20-acre City park located in The Verdae Master Planned Community. The park emphasizes passive recreation, preserving mature trees and transforming former farmland into open space. A renovated pond anchors the site and sets the stage for future gathering areas creating a scenic and community-focused destination.





Arbor partnered with the City of Greer to develop a master plan for Greer City Park, blending formal gathering spaces with natural elements. The park features a tree-lined promenade, signature fountain and pond, event lawn, amphitheater, picnic areas, and play spaces, creating a vibrant, year-round destination for the community.






Arbor provided landscape design for Greenville Water’s expanded 10-acre campus, including a new public park that serves as both a community green space and campus gateway. Featuring walking paths, open lawns, native plantings, a xeriscape garden, and educational elements, the design reflects the region’s history and commitment to sustainability.




Arbor collaborated with the City of Fountain Inn to redesign the Main Street corridor, creating a more walkable, inviting downtown. The design respected existing historic buildings and worked within limited rights-of-way to incorporate new streetscape elements, pocket parks, and public spaces. Arbor also supported grant funding and coordinated with SCDOT throughout the project.










Falls Park in Greenville, SC is a signature urban park centered around the scenic Reedy River Falls. Featuring landscaped gardens, public art, and the iconic Liberty Bridge, the park offers walking paths, gathering spaces, and stunning views. It serves as a vibrant focal point for downtown and the surrounding community.






Arbor partnered with the Cancer Survivors Park Alliance to transform an overgrown site into a place of hope and healing. Located along the Swamp Rabbit Trail, the park features ADA-accessible trails, native plantings, garden spaces, and a pedestrian bridge connecting Falls Park to Cleveland Park within Greenville’s urban park system.





As the first project from Brevard’s streetscape master plan, Main Street saw major upgrades including bumpouts, enhanced ADA access, and improved sidewalks. Enhanced plantings, street furniture, and outdoor seating were added to create inviting gathering spaces and foster a vibrant, accessible downtown for residents and visitors.



Villaggio di Montebello is an exclusive, gated subdivision in Greenville, SC set on 350 lush acres along the slopes of Piney Mountain. With Tuscan- and French-inspired architecture, lush greenways, ponds, and parks, the community offers amenities including a clubhouse, pools, tennis, bocce ball, and trails, just minutes from downtown and Blue Ridge vistas.






At the Chanticleer Estate, we designed the landscape for a 5-acre estate on a scenic golf course, featuring a luxurious pool, spa, water feature, and elegant arbors and terraces. A formal garden adds sophistication and enhances the estate’s serene, grand atmosphere.





A.J. Whittenberg Elementary School of Engineering is a public STEM-focused school located on the Kroc Center campus in downtown Greenville. The site design supports hands-on learning with outdoor spaces, safe circulation, and sustainable features. Integrated into a larger community campus, the school fosters innovation, environmental awareness, and neighborhood connection.






The West Walnut Street Corridor Redevelopment sets the stage for revitalization in a key area of Johnson City, TN. Arbor provided landscape and paver design throughout the corridor and led site design for the new public space along Earnest Street, including a pedestrian-only block beside the historic Courthouse.





Arbor led the reimagining of the downtown Travelers Rest streetscape, coordinating with SCDOT to implement a road diet and add on-street parking along Highway 276. Key improvements included integrating the Swamp Rabbit Trail, enhancing pedestrian crossings, lighting, plantings, and street furnishings to create a vibrant, walkable core that supports community life.

The MeSA Soccer Complex expansion added new fields, walking trails, and open space to create a 16-field, tournament-ready facility. Designed to serve athletes, families, and the broader community, the improvements enhance recreational access while supporting large-scale events in a high-quality, well-connected park setting.

Featuring a welcoming streetscape, public seating, sustainable bioretention, and reuse of a historic fire station, it blends community, commerce, and environmental stewardship, transforming a bold vision into a vibrant, walkable destination.




This 30-acre campus in downtown Greenville is home to the A.J. Whittenberg Elementary School of Engineering and the Salvation Army Kroc Center. With tennis courts, an aquatics center, playgrounds, and a turf soccer field, it supports wellness and education while showcasing sustainable design through a constructed wetland and native landscaping.






The Peace Center’s Plaza and Pavilion enhances the popular Peace Center with a welcoming outdoor space. The front plaza features fountains, seating, and public art, while the outdoor pavilion offers a vibrant venue for outdoor performances, creating a dynamic gathering place for community events and cultural experiences.



This infill residential development on North Main Street features 25 luxury townhomes designed to complement the surrounding neighborhood. The site design maximizes space and connectivity while providing modern amenities, walkability, and a strong sense of community within a sought-after location just minutes from downtown.

The outdoor space at Miracle Hill Rescue Mission was reimagined to better serve guests using the shelter. The site improvements added shade, seating, and amenities for comfort and use, while a signature sculpture at the corner creates a meaningful focal point and strengthens the site’s presence in the neighborhood.



Conestee Park is a collaborative effort that transformed a former minor league stadium into a vibrant community destination. Arbor supported implementation of the master plan, including an ADA-accessible playground and dog park. The park now offers tournament-level ballfields, access to nature trails, and serves as a venue for recreation and community events.







Located in southern Greenville County, this tranquil park showcases a wide, scenic stretch of the Reedy River. Arbor partnered with Greenville County Parks from master planning through construction, designing parking, trails, stormwater systems, and amenities including a playground and shelter to create a welcoming space for families and visitors.



Camp Spearhead, located within Pleasant Ridge Park, is designed to provide a welcoming, fully accessible environment for individuals with special needs. The site includes accessible cabins, restrooms, pathways, and recreational areas, such as nature trails, open fields, and kayak launches, creating a safe, inclusive setting for meaningful camp experiences.



Parklynn Hills is a single-family subdivision off Jones Mill Road near Durbin Creek. The community features a pastoral entrance and donated floodplain land to support future trails and public park space tied to the historic mill site across the creek, enhancing recreational access and preserving the area’s natural character.




Chastain Glen is a single-family residential subdivision located off Woodruff Road in the Five Forks area. The neighborhood features an amenity space near Peters Creek, offering a pavilion, seating, and a gathering area for residents. The site layout blends natural features with community-focused design to support everyday connection and recreation.





Trailblazer Park transformed the former Travelers Rest High School site into a vibrant community destination. Located along the Swamp Rabbit Trail, it includes municipal offices, an amphitheater, farmers market, and festival grounds, serving as a gateway to the mountains.




University Square is a commercial shopping center anchored by Publix. The project included the renovation and upgrade of the existing center to accommodate an expanded Publix footprint. Site improvements were designed to enhance circulation, update infrastructure, and support continued use of the property during phased construction.




As part of the revitalization of the historic Spring Park Inn, the first phase of the master plan, which includes a new parking lot, accessible building access, and landscaping, was completed in coordination with the Greenville County Historic Preservation Commission to ensure respectful treatment of the site. The result balances historic preservation with modern site functionality.




Overbrook Village is a mixed-use development on East North Street that brings together local businesses and residential living. The site includes commercial spaces for a coffee shop, exercise studio, and restaurant, along with a collection of townhomes, creating a walkable, community-oriented destination adjacent to the historic Overbrook neighborhood.




First Baptist Church Greenville’s nature-based playground, inspired by a concept from Dr. Robin Moore of the Natural Learning Initiative, supports child-led exploration and creativity in a wooded setting. Serving the church’s Day School, our team translated the vision into a buildable design with thoughtful grading, drainage, and layout to integrate play, learning, and gathering spaces into the church campus.



This renovated playground at Central Presbyterian Church in Anderson was completed following a summer-long transformation supported by grant funding. Our team expanded the original vision to enhance play opportunities while also addressing critical storm drain repairs, creating a safer, more engaging outdoor space for students to learn and explore.





Located along McBee Avenue in downtown Greenville, McBee Station is a mixed-use development featuring residential, retail, and structured parking. Arbor provided comprehensive site design, including streetscape improvements that enhance connectivity, support walkability, and contribute to the vibrant urban character of this growing corridor.




Overbrook Village is a mixed-use development on East North Street that brings together local businesses and residential living. The site includes commercial spaces for a coffee shop, exercise studio, and restaurant, along with a collection of townhomes, creating a walkable, community-oriented destination adjacent to the historic Overbrook neighborhood.




Rushton is a well-established neighborhood in Anderson, featuring a distinctive entryway, tree-lined streets, and a central open space that serves as a gathering hub for residents. The pavilion and surrounding green space create a welcoming atmosphere, blending community-focused design with a peaceful residential setting.



Chestnut Springs is a well-established neighborhood in Anderson, offering a spacious layout with generously sized lots and wide, winding streets. The community’s thoughtful design provides a sense of openness and tranquility while maintaining convenient access to nearby schools, shopping, and other local amenities.



Airy Springs is a well-established residential community in Anderson, known for its tree-lined streets, neighborhood pool, and scenic retention pond. The development blends natural beauty with thoughtful design, creating a welcoming environment for residents and offering convenient access to local amenities and schools.





Once a service alley, Depot Street was transformed into a vibrant pedestrian-friendly space connected to Main Street. The design accommodates festivals, a farmers’ market, a history museum, and the Chamber of Commerce. Arbor integrated streetscape elements, coordinated with SCDOT, and supported Greenville County in securing multiple grants for the project.

Times Arcade Alley Streetscape’s improvements focus on improving stormwater drainage and creating a more pedestrian-friendly, engaging alleyway. Key upgrades include a midblock bumpout and parklet on Main Street, and a bumpout on Jordan Street to boost pedestrian safety and visibility.

The Mountain Residence is designed to take full advantage of the breathtaking views. The landscaping complements the natural surroundings and includes a stunning new multi-level pool with a waterfall feature that invites relaxation and connection with nature.



The Quail Hill Residence features a sleek, modern landscape that complements the home’s contemporary design. Highlights include a new pool and deck, raised fire pit lounge, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a louvered shade cover for year-round comfort.



The Rock Creek Drive Residence features a welcoming front entrance with a new driveway, terraced walls, and entry walk. In back, a spacious patio and shade gardens offer serene outdoor living.
